DOG CARE & SAFETY

  • Most likely, yes — but always in a calm, controlled, very Goose & Co kind of way.
    We’re a low-volume, spa-style studio with only three grooming tables, so at most we’ll have about 3–5 pups in the space at one time.

    Think of it like a mellow Malibu vibe for dogs…soft energy, gentle music, and everyone just doing their thing.

    Dogs may see or hear each other, and some may rest in kennels between services, but we keep the environment soothing and low-stress for everyone.

    If your pup prefers personal space, or doesn’t vibe well with other dogs, just let us know ahead of time.
    We’re happy to create extra separation, adjust timing, or customize their visit so they feel safe, relaxed, and totally supported.

    If your dog’s coat is tangled/matted or overdue for grooming, the service may take longer.

    Show us a photo or tell us your preferences, and we’ll tailor the cut to your pup.

    Nail trims are available as à la carte add-ons so you can fully customize your pup’s appointment.

PUPPY QUESTIONS

  • As early as 12–16 weeks, depending on vaccinations.
    The sooner they start, the easier grooming becomes long-term.

  • Totally normal!
    We focus on positive exposure over perfection.
    Your pup may get a mini groom the first couple of visits — comfort comes first.

COAT CARE AT HOME

  • Most pups need grooming every 4–8 weeks, depending on breed and coat.
    Doodles and fluffier breeds benefit from more frequent visits.

    We’re always happy to show you brushing techniques at pickup — just ask!

PAYMENTS & POLICIES

  • We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
    Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee.

  • Yes — proof of current rabies vaccination is required.

  • We don’t offer refunds on completed services, but we’re always happy to make adjustments within 48 hours if you’re not satisfied.
