Booked the wrong one? Totally okay — we’ll confirm and adjust at drop-off if needed.

Grooming time varies depending on size, coat condition, and temperament.

Most appointments fall between 1.5–3.5 hours.

We’ll text you as soon as your pup is ready.

Your dog always sets the pace — we never rush.

Once your pup’s groom is complete, we kindly ask that they be picked up within 15 minutes.

Extended waiting can increase anxiety for dogs, and Goose & Co is not a daycare facility.

Late pickup fees may apply — full details are outlined in our FAQ and client forms.
